COOL STUFF NEARBY
THE YARRA VALLEY WINE REGION!
Voted one of the world’s great wine and food destinations. By pretty much everyone who’s tasted it.
It’s such a stunning part of the world, we reckon it’s the best backdrop for a skydive in the country (yes, we’re biased, but come and see for yourself).
ROLLING VINEYARDS, COOL-CLIMATE WINES, HAT-WORTHY RESTAURANTS AND A LANDSCAPE THAT LOOKS EVEN BETTER FROM 15,000 FEET.
Omg, just drink the wine. Everything is better with wine. Except skydiving, yeah, that’s real bad.

HEALESVILLE!
It’s a gorgeous little town nestled at the foot of the Yarra Ranges, home to cafes, galleries and some of the best produce in Victoria. It’s also home to Healesville Sanctuary, one of Australia’s best native wildlife parks, where you can get up close with koalas, wombats and platypus. If you are after a coffee or a proper feed after your jump, the main street has you covered.
The zoo has donkeys, which are so rad. One of them speaks spanish, but he doesn’t care he’s like this super nihilist donkey who mostly just smokes and looks real mysterious. He actually kinda scares us.

YARRA GLEN
Home to Yering Station, Victoria’s first vineyard (established all the way back in 1838), and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, which is exactly as good as it sounds. There’s also a racecourse, some lovely old pubs and plenty of cellar doors within a short drive.
COLDSTREAM
Coldstream is home to some of the region’s most awarded wineries, including Rochford Wines and Domaine Chandon, along with the TarraWarra Museum of Art for something a little different. It’s also a popular launch spot for sunrise hot air balloon flights over the valley, if you’d like to see it all from the air more than once in a day.
